Do you want to go plant-based, lose or gain weight, or just eat healthier? Together we will find the best way to achieve your goals. I can analyse your diet to check whether you are getting all the important nutrients and give smart tips to make your meals healthier, tastier and easier. Most of my clients are vegan or vegetarians, but everyone is welcome!

As a certified nutritionist and weight consultant, I only coach healthy people. If you have health problems, I can refer you to a plant-based dietitian.

Nutrition advice healthy diet vegan

Nutrition scan

Do you want to know whether you are getting all important nutrients or are you unsure about which supplements to take? During this nutrition scan I will analyse your food diary and give easy personalized advice for making your diet healthier and nutritionally complete!

In addition, you will receive information on essential nutrients such as vitamin B12, calcium, iron and omega 3 fatty acids, plus tips for affordable quality supplements. During the consultation you can of course ask me all your questions about healthy nutrition.

Cost: € 70,- for the analysis of the food diary and a consultation of 30 minutes. Families receive a discount. You pay € 30,- per additional family member.

Plant-based coaching

You want to eat vegan more often, but you're getting stuck or don't even know where to begin? Let's get you back on track! I've been vegan for over 10 years and have helped numerous people transition. There is a suitable solution for every problem. Together we'll make eating plant-based a breeze!

Some of the services I can provide include creating a personal meal plan, giving tips for social situations, and find alternatives to your favorite meals and snacks. Your personal goals are central to this. Are you doing it for the animals, the environment, your own health or a little bit of everything? I adjust my advice accordingly.

Costs: € 70 for an intake of an hour or 3 follow-up consultations of 20 minutes. The average cost of a personal weekly meal plan is € 100,-.

We'll have an honest talk about your struggles and you get practical advice that suits your personal goals and needs. A lot of attention is paid to obstacles in your environment that keep you from implementing and sticking to your plans. The ultimate goal is for you to feel good in your body. If weight loss (or gain!) is part of that for you, we will work on it, but you can also just eat healthier without focusing on weight.
